Short text pieces for inclusion in the Group's newsletters are always very welcome. Please note, however, that submissions may be cut and otherwise edited by the Newsletter Editor, Rosalind Russell (from January 2011 onwards).
Here is where you can also read news announcements, special event or show reports. These reports include: South Bucks RDA Group representing Riding for the Disabled at Her Majesty The Queen's Golden Jubilee celebrations at Windsor, in 2002; three special reports featuring the 2004 Paralympic Games in Athens with Group rider Sophie Christiansen, Clive Milkins and Martini Maybe (Baby); a report on Clive Milkins' nomination for The Queen's Award for Equestrianism; a feature about the Group winning The Queen's Award for Voluntary Service in 2006, and a special report on the 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games where Sophie Christiansen and Lambrusco III won double Gold and Silver for Britain.
And, of course, this is where you can enjoy a report and photographs from the London 2012 Paralympic Games, featuring triple Gold medal winner, Sophie Christiansen OBE and Janeiro 6 (Rio), based at, and who trains with, South Bucks RDA Group; and, double Gold medal winner, Natasha Baker who began her competitive riding career with the Group. The full be-medalled 2012 British Equestrian Paralympic Squad is pictured below at Greenwich Park, left to right: Sophie Christiansen, Sophie Wells, Lee Pearson, Natasha Baker and Deb Criddle.
